Canadian Taxes

All Canadian orders will be charged the according GST or HST depending on the destination. PST will not be charged and it is the customers responsibility to assess the requirements to claim the applicable taxes for their particular province. Please see the following tax table:

Return Policy

Metro Supply has a No Hassel return policy! You may return, at your expense, any item except gas, electrical, or special order parts within 30 days of receiving your order. All returns must be in original packaging with all pieces and instructions included. We suggest before opening or signing for receipt of any package that all customers thoroughly inspect the items for any damage due to shipping or manufacturer defects. Do not sign for receipt of any damaged goods. Signing for receipt of any package is acknowledging that the product is received in good condition. The item being returned cannot be used, installed or damaged in any way. Returnable items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee and special order items may not be returnable. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. All requests for returning an item must be emailed to info@metrosupply.ca. Please include your name, invoice number, and the reason for your return request. We will then provide an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization) that must appear on the outside of the returned package as well as any paperwork. Returns with no RMA # will be refused. An RMA # will be provided within 24 business hours. We also suggest when shipping return items that a carrier with tracking capability is used for protection against loss or damage.

Warranty

Our warranty with respect to any item sold is limited solely to such warranty as the manufacturer issues to us, and we make no other warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. We are not responsible for labor charges or consequential damages of any nature whatsoever. We will not assume any responsibility for improper diagnosis or installation. Most manufacture warranties are replacement or repair part provided policies and are not subject to a refund so please inquire regarding the policy of your particular item. Inspection of warranty items may be required. Additional shipping charges may apply. Please email all warranty claims to info@metrosupply.ca for instructions.

Shipping

Most items ship within 24 hours on weekdays via Canada Post or Greyhound Courier depending on area. We charge a flat-rate shipping of $11.99 across Canada. This does however exclude large, heavy and special carrier required items. If any additional charges will apply we will advise you of the shipping costs before shipping. Damaged items must be claimed within 24hrs. Any items signed for with obvious freight damaged may not be claimed (See Return Policy above.)

Special order items may require additional delivery time. You will be notified of any items that are deemed special order before shipping. You will be notified of the approximate delivery time before the order is processed. Special order items may be non-returnable or restocking fees may apply depending on the manufacture. Shipping costs may also be applicable for return to the manufacturer. These amounts will be provided at the time of an RMA request. Please read carefully when ordering to approve all special order items for processing.
